filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on May 10,

BEING AND INTENDED TO.BE the same premises conveyed in deed
recorded in Liber`1505 of deeds at page 469 and Liber 1288 of deeds
at page 384, together with the premises described in Liber 4507. of
deeds at page 567.
The aforesaid premises being more particulatly bounded and described
as follows:: BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Founders
Path 47..27 feet southerly from the intersection of the southerly side
of L'Hommedieu Lane with the easterly side of Founders Path;"
