point and thence South 23 degrees 33 minutes 40 seconds West 473. 07
feet to the point or place of beginning; and from said point of be-
ginning running thence South 66 degrees 26 minutes 20 seconds East
167.14 feet to land now or formerly of South Parrish Realty Corp.
running thence South 22 degrees 06 minutes 00 seconds West 230 . 08
feet and thence North 66 degrees 26 minutes 20 seconds West 173.01
feet and thence North 23 degrees 33 minutes 40 seconds East 230. 00
feet to the point or place of beginning.
SUBJECT to a 25 foot eastment over its most westerly portion for
ingress and egress to and from North Bayview Road and with the bene-
fit of a 50 foot easement across the premises to the north and north-
west of the premises and to the southwest of the premises herein
described and with the benefit of a 25 foot easement to the west of
the premises herein described for ingress and egress to and from
North Bayview Road. This easement is more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at/a point on the southerly side of North Bayview Road
which point is ' 539 .45 feet easterly as measured along the southerly
.side of North Bayview Road from the intersection formed by the south-
erly side of North Bayview Road and the easterly side of Cedar Lane
and running thence South 74 degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds East 50
feet to a point and running thence South 23 degrees 33 minutes 40
seconds West 703. 07 feet to a point running thence North 66 degrees -
26 minutes West 50 feet and thence North 23 degrees 33 minutes 40
seconds East 703. 00 feet more or less to the southerly side of North
Bayview Road at' the point or place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed dated 6 January 1973 from JORDAN A. ISERMAN
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 12, 1973 in
Liber 7323, page 149.
