the new highway, running from the Cedar Beach Road to
Paradise Point; running thence along the easterly side of
said highway South 23 degrees 42 minutes 0 seconds west two
hundred fifty (250) feet; running thence south 66 degrees 28

Shelter Island Sound to the point or place of beginning.
TRACT TWO
BEGINNING at a point on Shelter Island Sound where the
land being described joins the land above described as Tract
One, running thence North 66 degrees 28 minutes 0 seconds
west to the easterly side of the new highway, running from
the Cedar Beach Road to Paradise Point; running thence along
the easterly side of said highway, south 23 degrees 42
minutes 0 seconds west, a sufficient distance to make the
said lot or parcel of land being described Fifty (50) feet
wide, at right angles to its length and running from the
point last named South 66 degrees 28 minutes 0 seconds East
to the Shelter Island Sound, and running thence along the
Shelter Island Sound to the point or place of beginning.
Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises', including any and all rights which the party of
the first part may have to and below the high water mark in
Shelter Island Sound, with all the right, title and
interest, if any, of, in and to the New Paradise Point Road.
Being the same premises conveyed to Robert L. Stott,
deceased, by deed dated October 9, 1956 recorded with the
Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 4227 at page 189 .
Also being the same premises devised to Donald Bishop
Stott and Robert L. Stott, Jr. by Article THIRD (C) of the
Last Will and Testament of Robert L. Stott.
PARCEL III
BEGINNING at a monument on the easterly side of Paradise
Point Road distance 854. 97 feet northerly when measured
along the easterly side of Paradise Point Road from the cor-
ner formed by the intersection of the easterly side of
Paradise Point Road with the northerly side of Cedar Beach
Road;
RUNNING THENCE north 24 degrees 53 minutes 20 seconds
east along the easterly side of Paradise Point Road 100 feet
to land of Robert L. Stott;
THENCE south 65 degrees 17 minutes 30 seconds east along
said last mentioned land and passing through two monuments,
636 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Peconic Bay;
THENCE along the ordinary high water mark of Peconic
Bay, south 22 degrees 35 minutes 40 seconds west 100. 06 feet
to land of Robert L. Stott;
THENCE north 65 degrees 17 minutes 30 seconds west along
said last mentioned land and passing through a monument, 640
feet to the monument on the easterly side of Paradise Point
Road at the point or place of beginning.
Being the same premises conveyed to Robert L. Stott,
deceased, by deed dated September 23, 1968 recorded with the
Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 6432 at page 100.

BEGINNING on the easterly side of New Cedar Beach to
Paradise Point Road at a point distant seven hundred and
three (703 ) feet northerly from the intersection of said New
Cedar Beach to Paradise Point Road with the northerly side
of Cedar Beach Road; running
( 1) thence easterly at right angles, or nearly so, to said
New Cedar Beach to Paradise Point Road along the line of
property owned now or formerly by Oscar W. Schloss,
seven hundred (700) feet to mesne high water mark of
Shelter Island Sound;
(2 ) running thence northerly along said mesne high water
mark of Shelter Island Sound to a point where the same
would be intersected by a line drawn parallel to course
( 1) as above described, and distant therefrom at all
points one hundred and fifty ( 150) feet in a northerly
direction, said line being the southerly boundary line
of land now or formerly owned by one Pierson;
(3 ) running thence westerly along said parallel line six
hundred and sixty ( 660) feet to the easterly side of
said New Cedar Beach to Paradise Point Road;
(4) running thence southerly along the easterly side of the
last said road, one hundred and fifty ( 150) feet to the
point or place of beginning, all said dimensions being
given more or less.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party
of the first part in and to land under water in front of
said premises and in said New Cedar Beach to Paradise Point
Road, in front of said premises to the centre line thereof.
Being the same premises conveyed to Robert L. Stott,
deceased, by deed dated October 7, 1944 recorded with the
Clerk of Suffolk County in Deed Book 2400 at page 563 .
