Petitioner and the decedent were the owners of the premises described
in said petition and registered in the office of the Registrar of the
County of Suffolk under the Land Title Registration Law as Certificate
No. 27755 and Certificate no. 35209 issued September 27, 1951 and
October 18, 1956, respectively, and it further appearing that in the
Estate of said John G. Sillenbeck, which includes the premises
regiateled under Certificate No. 27755 and Certificate No. 35209, a
Decree of Exemption from the lien of New York State Estate Taxes dated
July 29, 1959 has been entered in the Suffolk County Surrogate's Court
under File Number 399 A 1958, and it further appearing that the said
premises are free from all liens, encumbrances and mortgages, and it
further appearing that the People of the State of New York have no
interest in the premises described in the said Certificates other than
Governmental, and that there are no other parties entitled to notice
of this application, from all of which it appears that, INEE Y.
SIUMBSQ petitioner herein, is entitled to have the premises regis-
tered in her name alone, and that new Owner's Duplicate Certificates
of Title be issued to bar.
NOW, upon motion of Irving L. Price, Jr., attorney for
petitioner herein, it is
ORDERED that the Registrar of the County of Suffolk be and
is hereby directed to issue to INEt Y. SILLMnW= of No Number Smith
