Hyatt, North 64 degrees 50 minutes West a distance of 500 feet, more or less, to the ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound; thence Northeasterly along said high water mark a distance of 230 feet , more or less, to land formerly of the United States of America and now of Southold Park District; thence along said land of Southhold Park District the following two - — courses: - (1) South 27 degrees 09 minutes 40 seconds East a distance of 130 feet, more or less, to a monument; thence (2) South 73 degrees 24 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 373. 28 feet; thence running along land now or formerly of Bennett and continuing along other land now or formerly of Harman, South 28 degrees 46 minutes West a distance of 197. 68 feet to said land now or formerly of Neslage; thence along said land now or formerly of Neslage, North 61 degrees 14 minutes West a distance of 33 . 91 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
