WITNESSETH,that the party of thefirst part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows :

vate road) distant 958.10 feet easterly, as measured along the same,
from the corner formed by the intersection of the easterly side of

road) ; running thence North 150 38' 40" East along the easterly side
of land now or formerly of Holman, 205 feet to the mean high water
line of Town Creek; running thence along the mean high water line of
Town Creek, on a tie line bearing South 84* 4,1' 40" East 121.89 feet
to the westerly side of land now or formerly -of Bjerknes; thence along
said land, South 150 38' 40" West 232 feet to the northerly side of
Calves Neck Road (private road) ; thence along the northerly side of
Calves Neck Road (private road) the following (2) courses and
distances:
(1) North 690 01' 20" West 55.15 feet; and
(2) North 740 21' 20" West 65 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING

07.00, Lot 032.000 on the Tax Map of the Town of Southold,
Suffolk County.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the grantor
herein by Deed recorded in Liber 8277 of Deeds, Page 217 in the
;TAXMAP County Clerk's Office of Suffolk Co. , Division of Land Records.
DESIGNATION
Dist. /ODC TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances

HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of

cration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost-of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any_part of the-total of the same for
any other purpose. _
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
