(Hereinafter referred to as Parcel II) and WHEREAS, the parties desire to fix and definitely establish a boundary line between the two parcels mentioned above, respectively owned by them. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of ONE ($1.00) DOLLAR by each of the parties hereto to the other in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties, for themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns, covenant and agree that the boundary line be established as a line described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Main (State) Road, said point being 209.02 feet West of the intersection of the southerly line of Main (State) Road and the westerly line of Mechanic Street, said point also being 25.50 feet West of the northeast corner of Parcel II and 24. 37 feet East of the northwest corner of Parcel I, from said point of beginning RUNNING THENCE South 29° 33' 20" East 150. 01 feet to the southerly boundary of Parcel I and the southerly boundary of Parcel II, said point being 33.17 feet West of the southeast corner of Parcel II and 17. 0 feet East of the southwest corner of Parcel I and ALBERTSON & KATZ remises, releases and quitclaims to ANDREW KRUPSKI, his heirs, successors and assigns forever, all of their right, -2- ,• ARTHUR J. MACE~ 2 HO_R arc :'.0 1902 Clerk of Fuffolk Countyt a"2TwE297 title and interest in and to any land lying east of the boundary line so established, and ANDREW KRUPSKI remises, releases and quitclaims unto ALBERTSON & KATZ, its heirs, successors and assigns forever, all his right, title and interest in and to any land lying west of the boundary line so established; and WHEREAS, the westerly portion of the two-story frame building now existing on the rear of Parcel II projects approximately 15 inches, more or less, west of the boundary line so established; NOW, THEREFORE, this agreement further witnesseth that in consideration of the premises, and the sum of ONE (1. 00) DOLLAR by the parties to the other in hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, it is further mutually covenanted and agreed as follows: The westerly portion of the two-story frame building now existing on the rear of Parcel II may remain as it now is so long as the building stands or until said portion of the building is structurally modified, at which time the said portion shall be removed at the cost of ANDREW KRUPSKI, his heirs or assigns, so that no portion of the building projects beyond the boundary so established. IT IS MUTUALLY COVENANTED AND AGREED by the parties that this agreement shall run with the land and be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of each of the parties.
