"A273 pAcE57 _---- - — -- 11�- �; This Indenture, made the 0 day of NOVEMBER nineteen hundred and eighty-two Between CECELIA HOFFMANN, residing at West Shore Drive, Southold, New York DISTRICT BLOCK LOT o C) .�9party of the fire part, and J% HOFFMANN res'I'Umi g at 563 Athwest Verona Street, o Port Charlotte, Florida; LWU NCE HOFFMANN residing at 16 Gildare Drive, ON East Northport, New York; and MARILYN HOFFMANN SCHEINER residing at 275 Woodend Way, Southold, New York, AS TENANTS IN COMMON jay party of the second part, Witnesseth,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and othervaluable consideration paid by "l the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, All that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,lying and being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, known and designated as Plot No. Four (4) in Block D on a certain trap trade July 22nd, 1930, by Daniel R. Young, P.E. & L.S. , entitled "Map of Reydon Shores, Inc. , Bayview, L.I. , N.Y. , in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y." and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, Riverhead, New York, on July 1st, 1931, as Map No. 631. TOGETHER with the right to use for boating, bathing and fishing all that portion of Beach lying in front of Sections A and B, as shown on said trap, in corrum with the Seller and with others who now have or hereafter may acquire rights in the same, subject, however, to such reasonable rules and regulations with respect to the use thereof, as the Seller may from time to time put into effect. TOGETHER with a right of way over the roads, highways, streets or lanes shover on said map, and over a road or highway known as Reydon Drive, which rums through other property now or formerly of Reydon Shores, Inc. , said right to be in cotttmn with Reydon Shores, Inc. and with others who now have or may hereafter acquire rights in the same, but it is expressly understood and agreed that Reydon Shores, Inc. reserves to itself, its successors and assigns the title to the land lying within the bed of all of said road, called Reydon Drive and the right to make improvements and to lay, erect and maintain water, gas, electric and telephone , systems thereon and thereunder, in all of said roads, streets, highways or lanes as shown on said map. TOGETHER with any right to the reasonable use and enjoyment of that portion Vf the inland harbor owned now or formerly of ReydonShores and to the use of a portion of the northerly line of the bulkhead and to such other portions of said bulkhead as may be set aside in common with the other plot owners to date and others who may hereafter acquire title to land from Reydon Shores, Inc. , subject to such reasonable rules and regulations as Reydon Shores, Inc. herein may from time to time put into rstood that Reydon Shores, Inc. shall not be held effect, it being expressly unde /li ble in any way whatsoever for any accident or accidents that may occur in connection with the use and enjoyment of said bulkhead and harbor from any cause whatsoever. * DISE. Together with all right,title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and 1000 rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;To Have And To Hold the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever. SECT: And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the 0$0 O said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
