State of New York, known and designated as and by Lot No. 44 as shown on a certain
map entitled, "Map of Terry Waters at Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
N.Y." , and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of•Suffolk on December 29th,
1958 as Map No. 2901 and being bounded and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of Longview Lane, 730.0 feet
{ southwesterly from the southerly end of a curve connecting the southeasterly

RUNNING THENCE South 51 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds East, 125.0 feet;
{ RUNNING THENCE South 38 degrees 06 minutes 30 seconds West, 110.0 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 51 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds West, 125.0 feet to the
southeasterly side of Longview Lane; and RUNNING THENCE North 38 degrees 06 minutes
30 seconds East along the southeasterly side of Longview Lane, 110.0 feet to the
point or place of beginning.
TOGFTHER with an easement for ingress and egress over and upon Watersedge Way,
Longview Lane, Pleasant Place and Rambler Road for their entire distance as shown

RESERVING however to Helen G. Cochran the title to the land in said roads and the
right to herself, her grantees and successors in interest, to dedicate said roads

TOGETHER with the right to use in common with other lot owners the area known as
Lot #8 and the area adjoining next southerly thereto to the extent of 80 feet,
more or less, being the northerly 80 feet of the parcel designated on said filed
map as "Community Park and Beach (residents only)". RESERVING, however, to
Helen G. Cochran the right to change the location of the northerly boundary
thereof as hereinabove provided.
SUBJECT, further, to the rules, regulations and charges which may be adopted from
time to time by the Terry Waters Property Owners Association, Inc. (for care,
maintenance and repair of roads, basins, canals and "Community Park and Beach").
SAID PREMISES being known as and by the street number 815 Longview Lane,
Southold, New York 11971 .
