thence along the said fast mentioned land, North 48 degrees 31 minutes 30 second;

described premises where measured along its southerly line on a bearing of

boundary of land of Harrontine Realty Corp.;
TOGETHER with a right of way in common with others over Lot 270 as

TOGETIIER with an insurable right of ingress and egress over Hickory
