paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beinvitcibe at South Harbor, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of the public park
"Memorial Park" owned by Southold Park District at the northwesterly
corner of land now or formerly of Ford, formerly of Walter Henry
Engelhardt and running thence North 220 05 ' 510" West along land of
said Park District, a distance of 80 feet to a point; thence running
easterly and on a line parallel with the northerly boundary line of
land of said Ford, formerly Walter Henry Engelhardt, North 45° 25 '
30" East 100 feet to the westerly side of a private road known as
Park Place; running thence southerly along the westerly side of the
private road known as Park Place, South 220 05' 50" East a distance
of 80 feet to said land of Ford, formerly of Walter Henry Engelhardt
and thence running westerly along the northerly boundary line of land
of said Ford formerly Engelhardt, South 451 25' 30" West a distance
of 100 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way for passage on foot and with

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed dated September 21, 1964 and recorded
