FATIMI, his wife, residing at 53 Howells Point Road, Bellport, New York, as grantee-mortgagors of the following described premises : ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, known and bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Kenney' s Road where the northerly side of Leeton Drive intersects the same; THENCE RUNNING south 45° 35 minutes 30 seconds best along said northerly side of Leeton Drive 650 feet to the point or place of beginning of the premises hereby described: BEGINNING at said last mentioned point of beginning, RUNNING THENCE north 44° 24 minutes 30 seconds west 262 feet, more or less, to the mean high water line of Long Island Sound; RUNNING THENCE westerly along the mean high water mark of Long Island Sound 175 feet, more or less, to the easterly side of property of James W.
