With regard to the filed subdivision map of the subject premis s (Parcel "B" ) as approved April 27, 1981 and specifically with regard to lot #2 on said subdivision map, purchaser or purchas is representatives, assigns or successors in title shall not, for a period of four ( 4) years from the date of this conveyance, pla e erect or build any dwelling, building or other structure upon any portion of the premises described herein. The same restrictio shall apply to lots #3 and #4, however, the period of time in which building shall not take place shall be three (3) years. Consideration for this restriction has been included in the reduction of the purchase price This restriction hall automaticlly cease four ( 4) years from the date .of/conveyance or upon seller's death, whichever takes place first .
