SUBJECT to the rights of others owning property adjoining said right-of-
way to use same for vehicular and pedestrian ingress and egress.
TOGETHER further with the obligation of GEORGE M. BRIDGE or other
successors in interests and owners of parcels fronting on said right-
of-way, they being the owners of the two building plots located to the
South of the premises being sold hereby, and, the parcel owned by
GEORGE M. BRIDGE and his wife. Grantees herein or successors to be
deemd obligated to contribute one-third of maintenance cost, including
snow removal: Othe'r 'owners referred to above being obligated to
contribute two-thirds of such costs.
Grantees herein by executing this deed to become obligated to maintain
the right-of-way as aforesaid.
