WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
Paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or sin Lessors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beiniMi0bex at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, designated as Lot 27 as shown on a
certain map entitled, "Smithfield Park", filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on December 27, 1966 under file No. 4770, said lot
being more particularly bounded and described on said map as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Mailler Court, distant
166.16 feet northeasterly from the extreme northeasterly end of the
arc connecting the southeasterly side of Mailler Court with the
northeasterly side of Clearview Avenue said point of beginning along
being at the division line between Lots 27 and 28 as shown on the
above mentioned map; RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning_
northerly along the easterly side of Mailler Court the following 2
courses and distances: 1) Along the arc of a cure'ng to the
left having a radius of 270.72 feet a distance of 94. feet to a
point; 2) North 50 01' 40" west 6.2 eet to the Sion line between
Lots 26 and 27 as shown on the a mentioned map; THENCE along the
said division line North 840 58' 20" $ast 171.59 feet to land now or
formerly of Gagen; THENCE along the said last mentioned land South
6° 12' 00" west 170.00 feet to the division line between Lots 27 and
29 as shown on the above mentioned map; THENCE partly along the said
division line and partly along the said first above mentioned division
line between Lots 27 and 28, North 710 W 50" west 169.06 feet to
the easterly side of Mailler Court, the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises described in deed to Houghtot
