THENCE South 29 degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds East, 136.82 feet along lands
now or formerly of Gates, Burns and Blauchack;
THENCE South 60 degrees 22 Minutes 20 seconds West, 314.13 feet along lands
now or formerly of the Town of Southold to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO, -BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by EDGAR MARVIN and ARLENE MARVIN, his wife, by deed dated December 28,
1979, recorded at the Suffolk County Clerk's Office at Liber 8757, page 422.
