Shipule; THENCE South 68 degrees 50 minutes East, 225 feet -'to the westerly side of North Road to Bayview; THENCE along said westerly side of North :Road to Bayview, South 21 degrees 10 minutes West, 230.60 feet to the point or place of Beginning.
