THIS INDENTURE, made the 25th day of January nineteen hundred and eighty-three
BETWEEN RICHARD R. LINDSAY and MARY A. LINDSAY, his wife, both re-
siding at 435 Watersedge Way, Southold, New York, 11971,
party of the first part, and CROWN INTERNATIONAL TRADING CORPORATION, having
its principal office at 275 Broad Hollow Road, Melville, New York,

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other'valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being at Bayview, Town of Southold., Suffolk County., New York,
and designated as Lbt # 4 on "Map of Terry Waters., Bayview., Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, N. Y
made by Otto W. Van Tuy! & Son,
and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County as Map # 2901
on December 29, 1958. Said premises are more particularly bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of the premises herein described,
at a point located as follows: Corrimencingat a monument set in the
southerly line of Main Bayview Road, at the intersection of the
easterly line of lands of William Wells and the westerly line of
lands now or formerly of Helen G. Cochran,', and
RUNNING THENCE South 38 degrees 06 minutes�30-seconds West, 1800.43
feet to a pipe, and
THENCE RUNNING South 66 degrees 22 minutes!10 seconds East along
lands of William P. Riley and others a distance of 280 feet to the
point of beginning, and
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning South 66 degrees 22
minutes 10 seconds East a distance -of 1,00 feet to a point;
THENCE RUNNING along other lands now or formerly of Helen G. Coch-
ran, South 23 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds'...West about 210 feet to
ordinary high water line of Peconic Bay; :
THENCE RUNNING northwesterly along said ordinary high water line of
Peconic Bay about 100 feet to a point that':is in a line that is
South 23 degrees .37 minutes 50 seconds West from the -point of be-
ginning; and
RUNNING THENCE North 23 degrees 37 minutes150 seconds East along
lands of Anna Fillmore and Helen Wallace a'distance of about 210
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as that conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed dated June;15, 1965 and recorded in
the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County at Liber 5768 page 118.
TOGETHER with all right, 'title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the part), of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement alld will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whene\-4 the sense of this indenture -so requires.
