LINDSAY and MARY A. Y made by Otto W. Van Tuy! & Son, and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County as Map # 2901 on December 29, 1958. Said premises are more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at the northwest corner of the premises herein described, at a point located as follows: Corrimencingat a monument set in the southerly line of Main Bayview Road, at the intersection of the easterly line of lands of William Wells and the westerly line of lands now or formerly of Helen G.
