Dear Mr. Haje:
The following action was taken by the Board of Trustees during their
regular meeting held on November 25, 1986 regarding your request for
notification of jurisdiction on the above captioned project,
IT WAS HEREBY
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Trustees declare "No Jurisdiction" on
the project submitted by Eh-Consultants on behalf of Adrian McCall to
re-subdivide existing 2 parcels to create (3) residential lots, all
40,000 sq. ft. in area, and to construct a single family house, sanitary
system, etc., on proposed parcel 2 as shown on site plan. Approximately
150 cu. yds. of fill will be trucked in and kept within 75' of proposed
house all in accordance with the map of property for Adrian C. McCall at
Cutchogue, dated Octobe~ 14, 1986.

As the construction is greater than 75' frcm wetlands, I
asstzne the Trustees have no Jurisdiction in this matter.
Would you kindly verify this in writing.
If this is not the case and a peri,it is needed, please
notify us and an application will be promptly submitted.
