SUF=FOLK DISTRICT SECTICIM BLOCK LOT w COUNTY =C iparty of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, I ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and 'improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southol d, County of Suffol k and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 128 on map entitled, "Subdivision Map of Cedar Beach Park, situated .at Bayview" and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on December 20, 1927 as Map No. 90, said lot being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Private Road, 33 feet in width, a dis- tance of 100.33 feet southwesterly as measured along the easterly side of said Private Road from the corner formed by the intersection of .the southeasterly line of Little Peconic Bay Lane, and the said easterly side of said Private Road, whichs- _ point is also the point where the easterly side of aforesaid Private Road is inter- sected by the division line between lots 128 and 129 as shown on the aforesaid map; RUNNING THENCE along said division line, South 67 degrees 25 minutes 20 seconds East, a distance of 208 feet to the existina shore line of Fest Lake; RUNNING THENCE South, 4 degrees 28 minutes 20 seconds East, along said shore line, 112,28 feet to the division line between lots 127 and 128 as shown on the aforesaid map, RUNNING THENCE along said division line, North 67 degrees 25 minutes 20 seconds West a distance of 221 feet to the easterly side of aforesaid Private Road; RUNNING THENCE alona said easterly side of said Private Road, North 1 degree 44 min- utes 30 seconds East, a distance of 107.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. Premises are the same as those described in Liber 8781, page 415.
