feet as measured along the northerly line of',,Main Bayview Road from
the intersection of said northerly line of Main Bayview Road with
the westerly line o ' f Cedar Beach Road; running thence along the
northerly side of Main Bayview Road the following two courses and
distances: (1) North 68* 17' 20" West 52.26 feet; (2) North 630 171

northerly line of Main Bayview Road and the point or place of beginning.
This deed is given for the purpose of correcting the description
in a prior deed from Francis E. Akscin, George B. Akscin, Raymond J.
Akscin and Helen Akscin Titus to Raymond J. Akscin and Geraldine
Akscin, his wife, dated July 28, 1961, recorded August 4, 1961 in
Liber 5028 cp. 262, and to further confirm title to the premises
described herein, in the grantees herein. Helen Akscin Titus, also
'known as.Helen Josephine Titus, one of the original grantors in deed
Liber 5028 cp 262 died a resident of Suffolk County, N.Y. on April
19, 1979, testate, and Robert G. Titus, also known as Robert George
Titus, one of the grantors herein is the sole devisee under her Last
iWill and Testament.
