ALL those certain lots, pieces or parcels of land situated at Bay
View in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York,
which on a certain map filed in the office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk at Riverhead, Suffolk County, New York as "Cedar Beach
Park Map No. 90", are designated and described as Lots Nos. 182, 183
184 and 185, which lots taken together are described as Map No. 90,
filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 20, 1927.
Being the same premises conveyed to Aubrey Weymouth II by deed dated
November 16, 1948 and recorded on November 19, 1948 in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office in Liber 2896 of Deeds at Page 573.
Together with all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part of, in and to the land lying in the bed of any street,
road or avenue open or proposed, in front of or adjoining said prem
ises to the center line thereof.
Subject to restrictions, if any, in former conveyances or other in-
struments of record affecting the premises above described.
Subject to sewer agreements, railroad consents and easements for the
