All that certain plot, piece or pa1'ce1 of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

. parcel as shown on a certain map entitled "Map of Subdivision known as "Kennewood",
made by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, dated January.9, 1954
and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 30, 1954, as Map #2180,
said lot, part of lot and described parcel when taken together, according to said
map, are bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Kenney's Road where the northerly
line of Lot #9 shown on the aforesaid map intersects said southwesterly line of
Kenney's Road, and from said point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE South 480 02' 10" West 152.40 feet to the land of D.R. Grattan;
THENCE along land of Grattan, North 410 49' ,00" .West.H5. feet;
THENCE North 480 02' 10", East 151.98 feeL to the southwesterly side of Kenney's
Road;
THENCE along the southwesterly side of Kenney's Road, South 410 57' 50" East
.175 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
GRANTORS HEREIN, are the same persons as the Grantees in Liber 6345, Page
513, Deed dated May 4, 1968, and recorded May 10, 1968.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to tbe center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the' .irst part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.

the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total af the same for
any other purpose.
