described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point marked by a monument set on the northerly
line of Sound View Avenue, 476.88 feet westerly along said northerly
line from its intersection with the westerly line of Lighthouse Road
(said point of beginning being the southwesterly corner of land now
or formerly of Bitses and the southeasterly corner of the premises
herein described); from said point of beginning running along said
northerly line of Sound View Avenue, South 56 degrees 35 minutes 30
seconds West, a distance of 218.28 feet to land of Roussin; running
thence along said land of Roussin (said line being also along the
westerly line of a 30 foot right of way), North 41 degrees 46 minutes
40 seconds West, a distance of 120.59 feet; running thence along
other land of Otto Lindermayer and Irene Lindermayer, his wife,
North 48 degrees 13 minutes 20 seconds East, a distance of 215 feet,
more or less, to said land of Bitses; running thence in a southerly
direction along said land of Bitses, S~uth 41 degrees 46 minutes
40 seconds East, a distance of 152.36 feet to the point or place of
beginning.
SUBJECT TO a right of way, for use in common with others, 30 feet
wide across the southwesterly portion of the premises, the
~out~w0$to~ly line of said JO fUOl right ot way being the south-
westerly boundary of said premises, said right of way being for the
purpose of ingress and egress to and from Sound View Avenue and to
and from other premises of Lindermayer and others, and said right of
way also being for the installation, maintenance, repair and replace-

below the surface of said right of way in such manner so as not to
interfere with travel over the surface portion.
SUBJECT TO the following covenants and restrictions:
1. The parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, shall
not erect upon said premises any dwelling house costing less than
$2,500.00.
