Bailey and C .H. Bailey", D.R. Young, Dist. Surveyor , Riverhead , N.Y. , and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk' s 1000 office on September 15, 1930 as Map No. 654. Sec . The Seller does not grant any access to lot 467 over any roadway. o67op RESERVING, however, to the party of the first part the right to dedicate Block any and all roads as laid out on said map to the Town of Southold as o6ap public highways ; and the party of the second part hereby consents and agrees that the party of the first part. shall have the right to dedicate Lot any particular highway or highways or all highways set forth on said 003 map to the Town of Southold as public highways , without obtaining any further consent from the party of the second part ; and the party of the second part hereby releases the Town of Southold from any claim for damages by reason thereof. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in Liber 5485 page 567 . TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever. AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,hereby covenants that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such oonsid- eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same fiist to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purPp".
