WITRESSETH. that the party of the first part, pursuant to
Resolution Number 1026-1984 adopted by the Suffolk County
Legislature on November 13. 1984 and, thereafter, approved by the
County Executive on November 14, 198Q, in consideration of ten
dollars paid by the party of the second part. does hereby remise,
release, and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the
heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever;
ALL, that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with
any buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold County of
Suffolk and State of New York, and acquired by Tax Deed
on March 2. 1984 from Jean H. ~uthilI, the County
Treasurer of Suffolk County New York and recorded on
March 2} 1984j in Liber 9522, Page 9/10, and corrected by
Affidavit of ean H. Tuthill, the County Treasurer of
Suffolk County, recorded September 26, 1984A in Liber 9647
at Page 589 to District 1000. Section 056.uO Block
06.00, Lot 603.002A and otherwise known as and by Town of
Southold Sch Dist u5 N x Main Road; E x Pt of Egypt Inc.;
S x Budds Pond; M x Southold Marine Ct,
TOGETHER with all right. title and interest, if any, of the
party of ,the.firstB4rt of, in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part. the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
SUBJECT to all covenants, restrictions and easements of
record, if any.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section
13 of the Lien Law. hereby covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will
hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to
be applied first for the purpose of Qaying the cost of the
improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the
cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the
same for any other purpose.

whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
