ALL that certain tract, piece or parcel of land

Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of the fill easement
taking area appropriated by the County of Suffolk in connection
with the reconstruction of a portion of the Riverhead-Greenport
Road (Middle Road) County Road 27, SuBblk County action index
#141464, at its intersection with the Westerly line of land now
or formerly of the Estate of Thomas Mrowka; RUNNING THENCE along
the northerly line of said fill easement taking area, the following
six courses: 1. South 56 degrees 45 minutes 30 seconds West
55.36 feet; 2. South 60 degrees 54 minutes 20 seconds West 41.46
feet; 3. South 60 degrees 23 minutes West 32.27 feet; 4. South
56 degrees 45 minutes 30 seconds West 75 feet; 5. South 59 degrees
37 minutes 10 seconds West 100.13 feet; and 6. South 51 degrees
21 minutes 50 seconds West 88.20 feet;
THENCE North 42 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds West 180 feet; THENCE
