State of New York, known and designated as Lot 5 on a certain map

of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 29, 1973, as Map
#6044.
SUBJECT tothe following covenants and restrictions:
1. No dwelling shall be erected having less than 1100 square feet
of interior living area on the ground floor. Each dwelling
shall have a full basement of concrete block or poured cement.
Each dwelling shall have an attached double garage. There
shall be no installation of "mobiletype" homes on any lot.

No fences, either natural or man made, shall be erected or
maintained on any lot in excess of four (4) feet in height.
However, no fences whatsoever shall be erected or grown in that
area of each plot which is forward of a line established by
extending the rear line of each house to each side line of the
plot.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey may show.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by Richard L. Horton, Jr. and Debra S.
Horton, his wife, by deed dated April 1, 1976, and recorded on
April 8, 1976, in Liber 8015, page 33.
TOGETHER with all right, title and ink rest, if any, of the porty of the lirst part in and to any slnets and
roads ahutting the above described premises to the cenkr line, thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
