WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beinginalllK at Bayview, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as and by the Lot No. 20 on a
certain map entitled, "Map of Terry Waters at Bayview, Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, New York", and filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on December 29, 1958 as Map No. 2901.

BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated June 24, 1974 made by Tomark
Construction, Inc. and recorded at the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on July 1, 1974 in Liber 7665 of Conveyances at
Page 510.
UBJECT TO a Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions recorded in
Liber 4508 at Page 380 and a Declaration of Covenants and Restriction,
and Reservations recorded in Liber 6262 at Page 565.
Together with the right to use the community beach as designated on
"Map of Terry Waters at Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk County
New York" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on December 29, 1958 as Map No. 2901.

roads abulling the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
