ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

DISTRICT New York, known and designated as Wampum Way, Wigwam Way, Tepee
1000 Trail, Bow Road, Arrow Lane, private beach and proposed basin,
all as shown on a certain map entitled "Map of Nunnakoma Waters
SECTION At Southold, which map was filed in the Office of the Clerk of
087.00 the County of Suffolk on July 9, 1968 as Map No. 5126.
BLOCK SUBJECT TO an easement created and/or confirmed herein benefiting the adjacent

to map, for the purpose of vehicular and pedestrian ingress and egress to and

parcel of land shown and designated as "Park" on the aforesaid subdivision
map, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument located at the intersection of the northerly side
of Wigwam Way with the westerly side of Minnehaha Blvd. ;
RUNNING THENCE South,800 48' 30" West 133.98 feet to the easterly side of
Lot No. 17 as shown on the aforesaid map;
THENCE North 120 45' 00" West 19.97 feet to land now or formerly of Bulger;
THENCE North 81° 01' 30" East 130.91 feet to the westerly side of Minnehaha

THENCB along said 'easterly side of Minnehaha Blvd., South 250 00' 00" East
20.18 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the,party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part,incompliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, hereby covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
