BEGINNING at a monument at the southeasterly corner or easterly corner
of the premises herein described (which point is the southwesterly corner of
Lot No. 270 on Map of Goose Bay Es,tates); running thence along land now
or formerly of Mooney, South 46 degrees 55, inutes 35 seconds West, a distance
of 109.67 feet to a concrete monument and land now or formerly of Gordon;
running thence along land last mentioned, North 49 degrees 28 minutes 00 seconds
West 328 feet more or less to the ordinary high water mark of Goose Creek
in a northwesterly direction 100 feet, more or less to the northwesterly line
of property shown on Map of Goose Bay Estates; running thence South 52
degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds East '336 feet, more or less to the monument
at the point or place of beginning.
