of lot when taken together as one parcel are bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly side of Henry's Lane formed
by the intersection of a line, having a length of 30.40 feet bearing
North 82 degrees 42 minutes West connecting the northeasterly side of
Henry's Lane with the northwesterly side of Middle Road (C.R. 48) as
widened; RUNNING THENCE North 42 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds West
along the northeasterly side of Henry's Lane, 206.08 feet; RUNNING
THENCE North 47 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds East, 180.00 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 42 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds East 254.32 feet
to the northwesterly side of Middle Road (C.R. 48) as widened;
RUNNING THENCE South 56 degrees 45 minutes 30 seconds West along the
northwesterly side of Middle Road (C.R. 49) as widened 162.20 feet
to a point of intersection of the first above mentioned line connecting
the northwesterly side of Middle Road (C.R. 48) as widened and the
northeasterly side of Henry's Lane; RUNNING THENCE North 82 degrees
42 minutes West along said line, 30.40 feet to said northeasterly side
of Henry's Lane, at the point or place of BEGINNING.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of. in and to any streets and
roads abutting the abo\'c-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights 01 the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the parry of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part cu\"enants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been t:llcumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and wiU hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied fir;t for the purpose of payinl( the cost of the impro\.ement and will apply
the same first to the payment oi the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
