TOGETHER with an :aS2ifl2nt ~w8nty-~i~e ~cet in width as shewn on a certain map made by Ro~erick Van Iuyl dated June 26. 1973 and last .amended DeceInber 30,1980, which c,ap was filed by the Planning Board of the Town of Southold uDder JaLed of April 7, 1981, wh'ch easement extends across other land now of Gertrude Duchow and runs to the northwesterly corner of other land of Gertrude Duchow as described in Parcel A annexed hereto and further, together with an easement fifteen feet in width from the northwest corner of premises owned by Gertrude Duchow to Indian Neck Lane. With regard to the filed subdivision map of the subject premises (Parcel "B") as approved April 27, 1981 and specifically with regard to lot #2 on said subdivision map, purchaser or purchaser's representatives, assigns or successors in title shall not, for a period of four (4) years from the date November 18, 1982 O~~h;~ CD~~~~~~, place erect or build any dwelling, building or other 'str'Gcture upon any portion of the premises described herein.
