Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 16, 1946 as Map No. 1472,
as and by lot numbered 5 in Block number 7 on said map.
Subject to an easement or right of way over the above described
premises in favor of Lots 5 and 6 as shown on said filed map for
purposes of ingress and egress. Said easement or right of way
being shown and designated on said filed map.
Together with a right of way 15 foot in width for purposes of ingress
and egress in common with others from the northwesterly corner
of the premises westerly across lots 5 and 4 approximately 142 feet
to Arshamaque Avenue and thence northerly along Arshamaque Avenue
to the Main Road (New York State Route 25). The northerly boundary
of said right of way is southerly line of Lot 3 on said map.

the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-

the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part 01 the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
