RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning and along the proposed

distances:

(2) South 16 degrees 15 minutes 10 seconds East 152.19 feet to the
northerly side of Main Road;
THENCE along Main Road South 73 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds West
42 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to a pertpetual easement and right of way ten (ten') feet
over and across the entire northerly portion of the premises going
to the premises to the West for the purposes of ingress and egress.
Parties of the first part being the same persons as the named
grantees in a certain deed dated June 1, 1983 and recorded June 9,
