WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly boundary line of land of
Lefferts Edson 300 feet easterly along said boundary from the
northwesterly corner of said land;
RUNNING THENCE along land conveyed, or about to be conveyed,
by the party of the first part to Walter J. Nosk, North 29 degrees
57 minutes 20 seconds East, a distance of 100.0 feet to the southerly
line of a proposed highway to be known as "Ed's Road";
THENCE along the southerly line of said "Ed's Road," South 60
degrees 02 minutes 40 seconds East, a distance of 76.25 feet to the
easterly line of a propose<l..p'il1~~ay to be known as "Colonial Road";
THENCE along land of '~~eF~ South 29 degrees 57 minutes
20 seconds West, a distance of 110.77 feet to said land of Edson;
THENCE along said land of Edson, two courses, as follows:
(1) North 51 degrees 23 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance
of 71.50 feet; then
(2) North 60 degrees 02 minutes 40 seconds West, a distance
of 5.57 feet to the point of beginning.
Being the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part
by deed dated 6/29/56 and recorded 7/6/56 in Liber 4139 cp 306.
TOGETHER with all right, t!t1e and i~terest, if any, or the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads ahuttmg the above. described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER wioth the appurtenances
and all the estat~ and ng:hts of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the prenllses herem granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
