WITNESSETH, that the "arty of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in1:1re at Southold, Town of Southold, county of Suffolk and
State of New York, shown and designated as Lot No. 21, on a certain
map entitled, "Map of Yennecott Park situate at Southold, Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, New York", surveyed by Van Tuy1 & Son,
GFeenport, New York, May 1, 1968, and filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 9th day of October, 1968,
as Map No. 5187.
SUBJECT to fill easement over that portion of said Lot 21 bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Long Creek Drive,
543.08 feet easterly along said southerly line from Tuthill Road,
said point of beginning being the northeasterly corner of Lot 22
and the northwesterly corner of Lot 21, as shown on "Map #5187;
from said point of beginning running along said southerly line of
Long Creek Drive, South 72 degrees 38 minutes East 70.0 feet;
THENCE through said Lot 21, North 88 degrees 08 minutes West,
72.64 feet, to said Lot 22;
THENCE along said Lot 22, North 17 degrees 22 minutes East 19.41
feet to the point of BEGINNING.
Premises commonly known as 620 Long Creek Drive, Southold, New York.
Being and intended to be the same premises as conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed dated 9/21/70, recorded 9/29/70 in Liber
6815 cp 212 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETH ER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premist"s herein granted unto the party of the ~econd part, the heirs or su.::cessors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, ex("ept as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants thatlhe parly of
the first part will receive the consideration for this com'eyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the ..me for
any other purpOse.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indentpre 'So requires.
