WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of

by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the serond part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being i1Klbe at Southold, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, known
and designated as Lot No. 6 on a certain map entitled, "Map of West Creek Estates,
Property of Ernest E. and Harold W. Wilsberg, situate at Southold, Suffolk County,
New York," made by Otto W. Van Tuyl from surveys completed January 28, 1963, and
filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 19, 1963, as Map #3848.
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Glenn Road, distant 348.10 feet
from the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Glenn Road
with the easterly side of Bayview Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 66 degrees 31 minutes 30 seconds East, and along the
southerly side of Glenn Road, 100 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 23 degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds West 214 feet, more or
less, and along the dividing line between lots 6 and 7 on the aforementioned
map, to the southerly line of lot #6 on said map;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly line of said lot #6, 100.22 feet, to the
dividing line between lot 5 and 6 on said map;
RUNNING THENCE North 23 degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds East, and along the
dividing line between lots 5 and 6 on the aforementioned map, 206 feet, more
or less, to the southerly side of Glenn Road, the point or pla~e of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part
herein, in and to the land lying below the waters of the canal adjacent to the
premises herein described, together with the use in common with others of said
canal for access to West Creek.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed
by deed dated 12/16/68, and recorded on 12/17/68 in
of the County of Suffolk in Liber 6475 page 14.
