State of New York, being more particularly bounded and described

COMMENCING at the point of intersection formed by the easterly
line of Oaklawn Avenue with the southerly line of the Main Road
(known as N.Y. State Highway Route 25);
RUNNING THENCE in a general easterly direction along the south-
erly line of said Main Road North 60 degrees 54 minutes East a
distance of eighty-five (85) feet;
RUNNING THENCE in a general southerly direction along the west-
erly line of lands formerly of H. Maude Terry, now or formerly of
Kuszynski, South 32 degrees 04 minutes East a distance of two
hundred (200) feet;
RUNNING THENCE in a general westerly direction along the north-
erly line of lands formerly of Herbert M. Hawkins, now or formerly
of Van Bourgondien, South 61 degrees 30 minutes West a distance of
seventy-five (75) feet, more or less, to the easterly line of
Oaklawn Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE in a general northe~ly direction along the said
easterly line of Oaklawn Avenue North 35 degrees 00 minutes West a
distance of two hundred (200) feet to the point or place of
Beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises described in deed
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 28, 1955 in
