WITNESSETH, thBt the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the patty of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

and State of New York, known and designated as Lot Numbered Ten (10)
on a certain map entitled, '~p of Section One Fairview Park, at
Southold, New York, dated July 12, 1961", and filed in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on August 9, 1961 as Map Number 3388.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises described in Liber 5469
of Deeds at page 273.
The aforesaid premises being more particularly bounded and describe
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Custer Avenue,
distant 230.94 feet westerly from the corner formed by the intersectio
of the southerly side of Custer Avenue with the westerly side of
Bennett Lane;
