release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever, PARCEL ONE:
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

at Bay View, near the Village of Southold, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, being known and designated as
Lot #33 on a certain map of "Goose Neck, situate at Bayview, Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, New York, owned by G. W. Smith & Sons" , made
by Otto W. VanTuyl, Licensed Surveyor, Greenport, New York and filed
in the Suffolk County Clerk' s office on November" 22, 1948 as and by
File #1663 , said premises having a frontage on Smith Drive North of
25. 76 feet.
PARCEL TWO: ALL that certain tract, parcel or piece of land,
situate, lyi— n'g and being at Bay View, near the Village of Southold, in
the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State -of New York, being
known and designated as the easterly one-half of Lot #32 on a certain
map "Map of GOOSE NECK, situate at Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk
County, New York, owned by G. W. Smith & Sons" , made by Otto W. Van
Tuyl, Licensed Surveyor, Greenport, New York, and filed in the Suffolk
County Clerk"_s-Office on November 22 , 1948 as and by File #1663, said
premises }Laving a f;ontage on Smith Drive North of 25. 76 feet.
THIS IS "� correction de7I to correct deed dated June 26, 1985 made by Henry
Wahlen tq Hensy Wahlen corded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in
Liber 983 , on July 16, 1985 in which the third line of PARCEL TWO
reads "being know and designated as Lot #32", whereas it shoud read, "being
known and designated as the easterly one-half of Lot #32. In all other
respects the said deed is as-being
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances,
and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also
the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of,whether individ-
ually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby thersaid premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party, of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fgnd to be applied first for1he purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first toifi3 piiyment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
