WITNESSETH, thil-S party of the first part,by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last

paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being ax" at Bayview, near Southold, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as lot
number thirty-two (32) on a certain map entitled "Bay Haven. at
Southold, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York" surveyed
December 10 , 1958 by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land Surveyers,
Greenport, New York, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County on the 22nd day of January, 1959 , as Map No. 2910 .
TOGETHER with a right of way over "Bay Haven Lane" , "Watersedge Way" ,

common with other owners of the lots shown on said map and to the use
of the "Community Beach" as designated on said map, subject to the

Office on May 21, 1969 in Liber 6552, page 264 .
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and

the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid.
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part-of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties' whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
