Declaration of Condominium entitled Eastwind Shores Condominium
made by Solar Symmetry, Inc. under Article 9-B of the New York
Real Property Law dated March 26, 1985, and recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 2nd day of
April, 1984, in Liber 9763, at Page 562, covering the property
therein described.
The land area of the property is described as follows:
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being at Arshamomoque, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Middle
Road, where it is intersected by the easterly side of land now or
formerly of Herman; running thence along the southerly side of
Middle Road, the following two courses and distances:
(1) along an arc of curve bearing to the right with a radius of
1,877 .08 feet, a distance of 149.55 feet;
( 2) North 65 degrees 55 minutes 50 seconds East, 91 feet to land
now or formerly of Leonard and others;
thence along land now or formerly of Leonard and others, South 45
degrees 12 minutes 10 seconds East, 518.24 feet to high water mark
of Arshamomoque Pond;
thence along Arshamomoque Pond as it winds and turns to land now
or formerly of Goetz, the following three (3) courses and dis-
tances being the tie lines along the approximate high water mark :
( 1) North 84 degrees 41 minutes 46 seconds West, 101 .28 feet;
( 2) South 43 degrees 36 minutes 22 seconds West, 47. 38 feet;
(3 ) South 11 degrees 53 minutes 56 second West, 100.42 feet to
land now or formerly of Goetz;
thence along land now or formerly of Goetz, Bagley and Herman,
North 48 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds West, 563.00 feet to the
southerly side of Middle Road, at the point or place of BEGINNING.
