southeasterly corner of land of the party of the first part and the southwesterly
corner of land of George Tisdale; from said point of beginning running along said
easterly line of said 50' right of way, North 470 09' 40" West 100.0 feet to a
monument; thence along said land of the party of the first part, 3 courses, as
follows:
1) , North 420 50' 2011 East 150.0 feet to an iron bar; thence 2) South
470 09', 40" East 100.0 feet to an iron pipe; thence 3) South 420 50' 2011 West
150.0 deet to the point of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said 50' right of way from Sound
View Avenue northerly about 1000. feet to the southwesterly corner of the premises
and agntinuing northerly along the premises 100 feet.

this deed being intended also to release and extinguish the 50' right of way.
