WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being ivA}kat Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at the northeast corner thereof at a monument on the
westerly side of Main Road which said point marks the southeast corner
of land. now or formerly of William C. Bolenius ;
RUNNING THENCE along Main Road South 11 degrees 41 minutes 20
seconds West , a distance of 85 .00 feet to a point marking the north-
east corner of land now or formerly of May;
RUNNING THENCE North 81 degrees 01 minute 30 seconds West, a
distance of 200.00 feet to land now or formerly of Baker ;
RUNNING THENCE along said lard North 11 degrees 42 minutes 40
seconds East, a distance of 85. 00 feet to land now or formerly of
William C. Bolenius;
RUNNING THENCE along said land the following two courses and
3" distances :
(1) South 82 degrees 01 minute 40 seconds East, a distance of

(2) South 79 degrees 56 minutes 20 seconds East, a distance of
95 .90 feet to the west side of Main Road at the point or place of
Beginning.
