View Avenue, and from said point of beginning.
RUNNING THENCE South 42 degrees 14 minutes 10 seconds West, 96.50 feet;

THENCE North 47 degrees 17 minutes 40 seconds East, 96.04 feet to land now or former
of John Charnews aforementioned;
