BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a portion of the premises conveyed by
Cicilia Sawicki, a/k/a Cecilia Sawicki to Walter E. Sawicki and Frank S.
Sawicki, the parties hereto by deed dated July 5, 1984 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 10, 1984 in Liber 9629 of deeds Cyt
