WITNESSETH,Ilat the party o#Zhe first part, in consiklration of ten dolklis and other valuaglf consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being kxdw at Bayview, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, which said plot is more particularly bounded and described as follows:.
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the westerly side of a 25 foot Right of Way
distant 200.00 feet southwesterly from the point or intersection of the westerly
side of the 25 foot Right of Way with the southwesterly side of Main Bayview Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 43 degrees 21 minutes 10 seconds East along land now or
formerly of Larocca, 146.33 feet to the center line of a dredged canal;
THENCE South 25 degrees 16 minutes 10 seconds West along the center line of a
dredged canal, 139.60 feet to the center line of a dredged canal;
THENCE North 43 degrees 21 minutes 10 seconds West along land now or formerly
of Blakeman, 197.22 feet to a point;
THENCE North 46 degrees 38 minutes 50 seconds East, along the westerly line of
a 25 foot Right of Way and along land now or formerly of Colavito, 130.00 feet
to the point or place of BEGINNING.
Together with a Right of Way to and from said premises out to Main Bayview Road
as set forth in Liber 5483 cp 96.
Being and intended to be the same premises as conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed dated 10.8.75 and recorded on 10/9/75 in Liber 7923 cp 551.

DISTRICT TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
1000 and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
SECTION HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.

BLOCK AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
LOT \19 the first part will receive the.consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the saline•first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for

The word ".party' shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indentpre so requires.
