ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying
and being at Peconic in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk,
State of New York, more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly side of Indian Neck Road
at the Southwesterly corner of land of Ernest R. Hyndman;
RUNNING THENCE along said Northerly line of Indian Neck Road,
South 71 degrees 26 minutes 00 seconds West 130 feet to a point;
THENCE along other land formerly of Gladys Wiles Jepson and now
or formerly of Annette Knoblock North 5 degrees 00 minutes 10
seconds East 390.18 feet to a point to the Southerly side of a
right of way 20 feet in width;
THENCE along the southerly side of a right of way North 82
degrees 20 minutes 30 seconds East 120. 20 feet to a point and land

Parcel 1 being the same premises acquired by Mary M. Lang from
Agnes L. Court by deed dated 21st April, 1944 recorded on April
28, 1944 in Liber 2354 page 471 and Parcel 2 being the same pre-
mises acquired by John M. Lang from Gladys Wiles Jepson by deed
dated 29th December, 1951 recorded on January 2, 1952 in Liber
3305 page 560 and by Mary M. Lang by devise by the last will
and testament of John M. Lang dated 8th March, 1952, an ex-
emplified copy of which was recorded in the office of the Sur-
rogate's Court, Suffolk County4 -pursuant to an order of the
Surrogate of Suffolk County dated November 25, 1953 and filed
in Liber 181 page 79.
