SCHEDULE A
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at
Bayview, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
known and designated as and by Lot Number 5 as shown on "Preliminary
Subdivision Plan Prepared for James W. Dawson at Bayview, Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, New York", made by Young & Young, L.S., dated
May 30, 1984, Map filed on Oct. 16, 1985, as number 7987 in the Office of
the County Clerk of Suffolk County, and being more particularly bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of North Bayview Road distant
175.36 feet westerly from the westerly end of a curve having a radius of
25 feet and an arc length of 36.29 feet which curve connects the southerly
side of North Bayview Road with the westerly side of North Bayview Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 27 degrees 53 minutes 20 seconds West 222.60 feet;
THENCE South 63 degrees 07 minutes 20 seconds West 145.00 feet;
